Refund and Exchange Policy for So Blessed Skincare

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and fair as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. No Exchanges Policy:
We do not offer exchanges for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, subject to our return policy.

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy:

• Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Products that are opened or used.

• Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
